Art requires time, study, research, patience, practice. 

Like the work you do and you want to get paid to pay the bills.

Get a real job!

 

Probably you wouldn't like your kid to become an artist. 

You worry that he's not going to have an easy life. Maybe you are right. 

But life is not easy and become easier when you do something you love. 

We should never force an artist to become something he's not. 

It's like you try to force the fish to walk!
